SGAE: from host to web, how to avoid a schism to users

SGAE need to convince users to work in a web user interface. Users were people with more than 15 years working in a host environment, with function keys and long list of data. The were happy with the system because of the agility to operate and have a lot of resistance to make their job in a different way.

Our first approach was understand needs towards systems, accesibility issues and main barriers.

Project times were short to get our labour, so from ux perspective we decide to design components and master pages with guidelines according to ussers consideration and give developers and managers the user point of view.
